The goal of the Heart of a Mentor Network mentorship program is to connect Heart of LA scholars/alumni to the broader Heart of LA network. These connections will be structured in a way that will allow for organic relationship building and offer access to an online platform that will provide a virtual sense of community. Ultimately the goal is for the connections and relationships developed provide scholarship/alumni with the opportunity to gain employment after graduation.
