As the College & Career Success Director at Heart of Los Angeles, Roberto Recinos oversees the L.E.A.L (Learn. Empower. Aspire. Lead) and College Access program.

Colleen Guzman is Heart of LA's Volunteer and Community Engagement Manager. She helps volunteers and mentors find their perfect placement to help them make an impact in the lives of youth. She provides trainings and resources to all mentors who are currently mentoring and all individuals who are interested in becoming a mentor with the Heart of a Mentor Network.
